What You’ll Do
As a Real Estate Coordinator, you will play a central role in supporting and coordinating real estate activities related to our new and existing retail locations. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in managing and executing the company's real estate strategy, including site selection, lease negotiations, and property acquisition. With your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and collaborative approach, you will contribute to the successful expansion and effectiveness of our retail real estate portfolio.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Construction, Store Design, Finance, and Operations teams, to ensure seamless execution of real estate projects.
  • Assist in coordinating and tracking project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate communication between various departments to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Coordinate with outside partners on Real Estate matters, including with landlords, development companies, and regional brokers.
  • Support department with scheduling and coordination of key meetings including Portfolio Reviews and site selection meetings.
  • Strong passion for learning and growth in the real estate industry.
  • Generate reports and presentations summarizing real estate activities, market trends, and portfolio performance.
  • Assist in preparing materials for Real Estate Committee meetings and executive presentations.
  • Support financial analysis related to real estate transactions, including lease analysis, projections, and operating expense evaluations.
  • Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts for real estate projects.
  • Monitor and track real estate expenses and ensure adherence to allocated budgets.
  • Assist in lease negotiations with landlords, property owners, and real estate brokers to secure favorable lease terms and conditions.
  • Support lease administration team with documentation for new projects, renewals, and terminations.
What You’ll Bring
  • 2-4 years’ experience in real estate coordination, lease administration, or a similar role within the retail industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with cross functional collaboration, vendor management and senior leadership
  • Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail oriented and able to multitask at a high level.
  • Problem solving, decision making and analytical.
  • Able to build strong partnerships across all departments.
  • Hybrid role based on Bay Area.
  • BS or BA preferred.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office.
  • Work Location: Hybrid. You will spend a minimum of 3 days per week on average at our Alameda, CA Home Office.

CA Pay Range is $31.25.-$38.46 per hour
